Import markdown files

If you already have your content written in Markdown, bringing it into the Marble Editor is now completely effortless. We've added native support for importing Markdown blocks and files.

How It Works

You can bring your Markdown content into Marble in a few different ways:

  1. Upload via Menu:

    • Head over to your Posts.

    • Click the Upload icon.

    • Select and import your .md or .markdown file directly into the editor. It will immediately parse the contents.

  2. Drag and Drop: You can simply drag a Markdown file right from your computer and drop it into the editor. Marble will automatically translate the file's syntax into rich text.

  3. Copy and Paste: Prefer to just copy text from another editor? Just paste your raw Markdown text directly into Marble, and we'll handle parsing it into the correct formatting on the fly. You can even copy a Markdown file from your file system and paste the file itself into the editor!

Note: Right now, we only support standard Markdown formatting (.md). Advanced formats like MDX or custom Markdown components are not currently supported, but standard text, lists, and links will convert seamlessly.
